How to do a good job of excavator maintenance work?

In order to keep the machinery in normal operation, it is necessary to do a good job in daily maintenance work. The following is to introduce the maintenance method of the machinery:  

1, lubricating oil management using lubricating oil (butter) can reduce the wear of the moving surface, to prevent noise.  When the grease is stored, dust, sand, water and other impurities should not be mixed with it.  Lithium-based grease G2-L1 is recommended, which has good wear resistance and is suitable for heavy load conditions.  When filling, try to squeeze out all the old oil and wipe it clean to prevent the adhesion of sand and soil.  

2, the maintenance of the filter element filter element plays a role in filtering the impurities in the oil or gas path, prevent its intrusion into the system and cause failure;  All kinds of filter elements should be replaced regularly according to the requirements of (operation and maintenance manual);  When replacing the filter element, check whether there is metal attached to the old filter element. If there are metal particles, timely diagnosis and improvement measures should be taken.  Use the pure filter element in accordance with the machine regulations.  The filtering ability of the fake and inferior filter element is poor, and the surface of the filter layer and the material quality do not meet the requirements, which will seriously affect the normal use of the machine.  

3, the management of fuel should choose different grades of diesel oil according to different environmental temperatures;  Diesel oil should not be mixed with impurities, dust and water, otherwise the fuel pump will be prematurely worn;  The high content of paraffin and sulfur in inferior fuel will damage the engine.  After daily operation, the fuel tank should be filled with fuel to prevent water droplets from the inner wall of the tank;  Open the water discharge valve at the bottom of the fuel tank before daily operation;  After the engine fuel is exhausted or the filter element is replaced, the air must be drained from the road.
